Life doesn’t look or feel the way you wish it did.

When life is “life-ing” and the weight of your circumstances feels overwhelming, therapy can help you find steady ground again.

  • Sound Like You?

    • You feel like you're always on "high alert," struggling with tension headaches, muscle aches, or insomnia.

    • You frequently experience emotional overload—irritation, constant worry, and feelings of overwhelm.

    • You struggle with mental fog, making it hard to concentrate, make decisions, or stop endless loops of "what if" thoughts.

Stress can quietly build up over time, taking a toll on both your body and your mood. When the pressure gets too high, it can leave you feeling stuck—shutting down, snapping at others, or simply running on empty.

Therapy can help you recognize these patterns, manage stress in healthier ways, and reclaim the energy and balance you need for everyday life.

  • Sound Like You?

    • You feel stuck, even though you are completely aware of your past trauma or memories.

    • You find yourself constantly "on alert" (hypervigilant), making it hard to relax or feel safe.

    • You feel like you're overreacting to small things because your body is responding to past threats.

    • You struggle to trust people and often pull away when relationships start getting close or serious.

    • You use food, work, or other behaviors to avoid difficult feelings and memories.

Trauma impacts how we live our every day.

Therapy provides a safe space to process what you’ve been through, reduce the weight of old wounds, and begin creating a sense of safety and peace in your present life.

  • Sound Like You?

    • You feel like you're constantly walking on eggshells or anticipating conflict with loved ones.

    • You struggle to set firm boundaries, leading to frustration and burnout.

    • You find yourself pulling away or pushing others away when relationships start getting close or serious.

    • You are tired of the same repeating conflicts and wish your connections could feel more fulfilling and two-sided.

Relationships are meant to be a source of support, but when they are strained, they can become a primary source of chronic stress and anxiety.

In therapy, you’ll have space to explore these patterns, strengthen communication, and build healthier, more fulfilling connections—whether with a partner, family, or friends.

How I can help

I specialize in therapy for lasting change.

  • Everyone experiences stress, but chronic stress is when your body and mind are constantly "on," leaving you feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and unable to relax.

My approach treats chronic stress as a problem of nervous system regulation. We will work together to:

    1. Stop the Overload: Identify the triggers that constantly spike your stress hormones.

    2. Regulate the Body: Teach you practical, in-the-moment tools to actively soothe your nervous system, allowing your body to move out of the constant "fight or flight" mode.

    3. Build Resilience: Use proven tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to challenge the unhelpful thinking patterns that sustain your anxiety, creating lasting calm and mental clarity.

If you're ready to move from just enduring stress to actually feeling grounded and capable, this is the place to start. Learn more.

  • If you feel stuck even though you are aware of your past, it means the memory is emotionally stuck in your nervous system. You have the insight, but your body is still reacting to the danger.

My approach is designed to create the missing link between your mind and body using powerful, evidence-based tools:

    • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): This structured therapy is highly effective for re-wiring "stuck" memories. It helps your brain re-file the memory, moving it from the part that causes panic to the part that handles ordinary memories. The memory remains, but the emotional distress is gone.

    • Internal Family Systems (IFS): This approach is to help you identify, understand, and bring compassion to the different "parts" of yourself (like the critical or anxious parts). This fosters inner connection and allows you to lead your life from a core place of confidence and calm.

In our work, we move past just coping. We address the root cause of these shifts to help you reclaim your sense of safety and inner peace. Learn more.

  • Relationships are meant to nurture us, yet when they are strained or difficult, they often become the single biggest driver of stress and anxiety in our lives

If you struggle with relationship issues, it often means your past experiences—whether from childhood or recent life transitions—are unknowingly controlling your present connections.

We go beyond surface-level communication tips to address the root emotional patterns that drive conflict. We will work together to:

    • Build Authentic Connection: We help you identify your true needs and communicate them with confidence and clarity, ensuring you can show up as your authentic self.

    • Establish Safety: We address the underlying trauma and attachment wounds that create fear and distrust, allowing you to build relationships based on security instead of anxiety.

    • Create Two-Sided Bonds: We help you stop over-functioning and teach you how to maintain fulfilling, balanced relationships where your needs matter too.

If you are ready for your relationships to be a source of peace, not pressure, this is the place to start. Learn more.
